Eligibility
1. Raise a return or exchange request within 4 days of receiving your order.
2. Products must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and returned with original tags and packaging intact.
3. A maximum of 3 pickup attempts will be made. If unsuccessful, the request will be auto-cancelled.
4. Worn, used, or damaged items will not be accepted.
5. For damaged or defective items, please share clear product images when requesting an exchange or return.

We’ll arrange pickup at your location.
B. Self-Return (if pickup unavailable)1. Send the item via a reliable courier service.
2. Ensure it’s securely packed to avoid damage in transit.
3. Include your Order ID and registered mobile number inside the package.
4. Share the tracking details with our support team.
5. Katmon is not responsible for lost or damaged self-shipped returns.
1. Returns typically reach us within 6–7 business days.
2. Quality check is done within 24–48 hours of receiving the item.
3. Once approved:
- Exchange: We issue a store credit valid for 1 year on your registered mobile/email via WhatsApp.
- Refund for Prepaid Orders: Refunded to the original payment method.
- Refund for COD Orders: Store credit will be issued.
Note:
1. Store credit or reward points are non-refundable and can only be used at Katmon.
2. Items purchased using store credit can only be exchanged, not refunded.
1. Do not accept deliveries if the package appears unsealed or tampered. Refuse it and notify us immediately.
2. Refunds/exchanges are processed only after the product passes our quality check.
3. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted or processed.
4. If your area is non-serviceable, return shipping will be your responsibility.
5. Unboxing video is mandatory for claims involving missing items.
6. If you receive a delivery notification but haven’t received your package, notify us within 24 hours.
1. Color Variations: May occur due to lighting, photography, or screen settings.
2. Fabric Irregularities: Minor texture differences or natural inconsistencies are not defects.
3. Fit Concerns: Refer to our size guide before placing an order. Fit issues based on personal preference do not qualify as defects.
4. Shipping Delays: Estimated timelines may vary due to logistics or external factors.
